As commitment to the society Flair Group try to develop some process to contribute to the society. As part of that we have develop a process to invest to various small projects where rural people are the stack holder.
A group of 6 person is formed who has plan to do some business or grow something. This can be collective or individual business. Investment has made to that group and they are owner of the money investment. Also they are responsible to recover money from each individual. For example, an investment of Tk. Fifty Thousand has made to a group where initially one person has taken the money to buy cow. He then return the money to other member of group over a period of time. Another person will take investment and use it. Also he will return over a course of time. Thus all member of the group will be benefited and there is no administrative cost. The group is responsible to return the investment to Flair group over a period of couple of years. Also member has to give commitment to send their children to school and they have to learn to read and write as well.
We find this model very effective.
